Mike is a proud resident of Southwest Virginia.  Mike was born and raised in Tazewell County and he is deeply rooted in the heart of Southwest Virginia. He achieved his undergraduate degree from East Tennessee State University, and obtained his Juris Doctor at the Appalachian School of Law.
